He then used his “superior physical force” to rape the girl before forcing her to take selfies with him.
Sickeningly, Toshev attacked the teen while still on bail for raping a 17-year-old girl in a park.
The Bulgarian national has now been jailed for 23 years after being convicted of two counts of rape.
The 16-year-old girl gave a heartbreaking victim impact statement where she revealed she still has nightmares and wakes up “shaking and screaming”.
She also spoke of her horror at being “unseen” after members of the public watched Toshev pick her up and take her away despite her pleas.
The girl added: “Many people saw this man pick me up and take me across the road, I knew this because they had to stop to watch him pass over.
“It made me feel unseen and alone. No one was coming to save me.”
Kingston Crown Court told how the first victim was waiting at a bus stop in Surbiton when Toshev came over and called her “beautiful”.
He then lured her to a grassy area nearby where he kissed her even as she moved away from him.
The girl then “blacked out mentally” as Toshev raped her while members of the public were nearby.
She said he “lost all self esteem” and has had thoughts of self harm following the attack.
The victim also revealed her three university offers were withdrawn after her grades slipped.
Toshev attacked the second girl as she too waited at a bus stop, this time in Sutton.
He followed her on to the bus and groped her before following her as she got off in a bid to escape.
Toshev then carried her away into a bush where he raped her despite her pleas.
Sentencing, Judge Bryant-Heron KC said: “The reason you chose young girls under 18 was for your sexual gratification because you thought they were more persuadable.
“You thought they were more likely to go with you initially because they lacked the life experience of a more mature adult to use effective measures to get rid of you.
“They were in that sense vulnerable. You knew that. You used that. You exploited that vulnerability.”
