JAKE PAUL appeared to suggest he was lining up a stunning fight with Tyson Fury – before the British legend’s shock retirement.
Fury – whose brother Tommy beat Paul in 2023 – took to social media to say he was walking away from the sport.

And YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul responded with a cryptic message about potentially fighting the Gypsy King.
In a now-deleted-post he said: “Well there goes the big announcement. Guess we need to refocus on the other Fury again.”
Fury is coming off back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk, 37, and now looks ready to walk away from a fight with Anthony Joshua, 35.
The 36-year-old said on Instagram: “Hey everybody, I am going to make it short and sweet. I would like to announce my retirement from boxing.
“It has been a blast and I have loved every single minute of it. I’m going to end with this – Dick Turpin wore a mask.
“God bless everybody and see you on the other side.”
Paul, 27, meanwhile beat Mike Tyson, 58, in their controversial clash in November which was slammed amid the age gap.
The American is now in training for his next fight amid speculation it could be against Fury’s brother Tommy.

Tommy, who beat Paul via split-decision in Saudi Arabia, pulled out of fighting Darren Till, 32, due to the ex-UFC star threatening to KICK him.
The former Love Islander, 25, said he is in the process of finding a new opponent.
It comes after Paul claimed Fury declined a £6.3million ($8m) offer to rematch him on Netflix.
