A WWE star commentator was nowhere to be seen during an expected appearance following a cryptic tweet.

The wrestling giants put together a massive shake-up on commentary following Monday Night RAW’s premiere on Netflix last week.

Michael Cole and Pat McAfee were placed on RAW with Joe Tessitore and former British wrestler Wade Barrett on SmackDown.

That left popular commentator Corey Graves out of the company’s two biggest shows.

Graves, 40, was instead moved back to NXT where he would link up with Vic Joseph and Hall of Famer Booker T.

However, the switch apparently didn’t sit well with the American as he took to social media to share a rather irrate tweet.

The former wrestler, who was forced to retire from the ring following a series of concussions in 2014 while performing on NXT, suggested he was axed from the top shows because he’s “not famous enough”.

Graves tweeted: “Imagine chasing your dream. Then being TOLD (not deciding) that you’re no longer physically able to pursue your dream.

“Then you dedicate your life to something “dream adjacent” and being pretty f*****g awesome at it.

“And then, when it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor, being told you’re not famous enough for your own job. Just in case you’ve wondered where I’ve been.”

According to Fightful, Graves is frustrated with his move back to NXT, where he started at commentary after his retirement before getting called up to the main roster in 2016.

And PWInsider report that the announcer was spotted going through TSA to leave Orlando Airport on Tuesday.

Therefore, Graves missed that day’s WWE show which saw Joseph and Booker T on commentary by themselves.
