It’s claimed that the TV used to show tactics prior to kick off was collateral damage during Amorim’s enraged outburst.
The report suggests that players were shocked by the angry reaction with Amorim usually opting for a quiet approach in the immediate aftermath of a game.
Amorim has always opted to stay silent after the final whistle and analyse the match the next day throughout his career.
The Portuguese manager, 39, was clearly still reeling in his post-match press conference when he claimed that his side are the worst Man Utd team in history.
He said: “We are being the worst team maybe in the history of Manchester United.
“I know you want headlines but I am saying that because we have to acknowledge that and change that. So there you go, your headline.”
