The disturbing footage shows Paulina clearly struggling to maintain control of her parachute as she swung wildly in the air.
The brutal winds throw her around mercilessly, until the Polish national cannot take anymore.
Her equipment is forced into several odd positions, as Paulina contorted into dangerous angles.
She falls to her death after slipping from her harness, which was thought to not have been properly secured before she took off.
In the video, Paulina withstands most of the agonising experience, but as soon as she looks as if she will land safely, she slips, and disappears into the long grass.
As she hit the ground, shrieks can be heard as the clearly distressed victim suffered in her final moments.

Local media report that Paulina was declared dead on the scene, after emergency rescue teams rushed to try and save her.
But she had already died from the massive impact she sustained.
An unnamed official told local media: “It seems she didn’t fasten her harness properly, which caused her to fall.”
It is not yet known if her harness was checked by someone else before she took off.
Furthermore, it is also unclear how experienced of a paraglider Paulina was.
There was a paragliding event happening nearby in Roldanillo, west of Bogota, but Paulina was not taking part in it.
She was actually jumping with her partner and friends, who were forced to watch while their loved one and friend struggled to control her equipment.
Paulina was living in Dublin, Ireland at the time, where she graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2010, according to social media.
Roldanillo is known as Colombia’s “paragliding capital” due to its ideal conditions for the sport.
The Aguapanela launch site is popular for its breathtaking views and favourable air currents.
The authorities in Roldanillo have confirmed that an investigation into the accident is underway.
