Moyes, 61, has now been buoyed by the addition of Charlie Adam to his coaching staff.
He will be working with the team to improve the set-piece situations.
Adam, 39, worked with Moyes at West Ham and will join up with the likes of coaches Billy McKinlay and Leighton Baines.
The retired midfielder made his name at Blackpool when he was hailed as having a £10million left foot by Sir Alex Ferguson.
In 2011, the legendary manager said: “We just couldn’t handle Charlie Adam’s free-kicks and corners.
“We were all over the place. His corner kicks are worth £10million in themselves.
“The boy is an incredible striker of the ball.”
His impressive performances at Bloomfield Road earned him a switch to Everton’s arch-rivals Liverpool in 2011.

Moyes has also added another former Hammers coach Alan Irvine to his coaching staff.
He said: “I’m delighted to have been able to add Alan and Charlie to our coaching staff.

“Obviously, Alan is somebody who I have known for a very long time and have tremendous respect for.
“His knowledge of the game, as well as his understanding of what is required at Everton – a club that means a lot to both of us – will be invaluable.
“Charlie is someone I have had several chats with since rejoining the club.
“He will be helping with set-piece situations, an area he excelled in as a player and one I believe he can really help us with now as a coach.
“The two of them, along with Billy McKinlay and Leighton Baines, give us a really strong coaching foundation as we look to make positive strides forward.”
Adam was recently working as a manager at Fleetwood Town.
However, he was sacked by the League Two side after less than one year in charge.
During his time at Liverpool, he helped the club win the League Cup in 2012.
But his time at Anfield would end after the trophy as he joined Stoke City.
Elsewhere, Liverpool also have an Everton legend on their coaching staff.
John Heitinga switched to the Red side of the city last year as he was made an assistant coach to Arne Slot.
