The 29-year-old was rushed to hospital with life-changing injuries after the horror at 9.54pm on April 21, 2023.
She was discharged three weeks later, while the child who suffered minor injuries was released after a couple of days.
Hardingham was charged in June last year with assaulting, ill treating, neglecting, and abandoning a child to cause unnecessary suffering or injury.
But she failed to appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court and cops are now on an urgent hunt to track her down.
Norfolk Constabulary have issued a warrant for her arrest.
A spokesman for the force said Hardingham is “still wanted”.
Officers are also trying to identify a woman who was driving a white BMW 1 Series and stopped to help at the scene, but had gone when police arrived.
Caroline Karimi-Ghovanlou, chairman of Taverham Parish Council told the EDP: “I was horrified to hear what happened.
“You don’t expect something like this to happen in Taverham.
“I’m shocked and only hope that the woman and child involved are alright.”
Norfolk Constabulary urged anyone who may have information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
Those with information should contact DS Richard Dickinson at Swaffham police station quoting NC-21042023-544.
