GLADIATORS star Rhino isn’t known for blowing his own horn.
But the bodybuilder took to the streets of Los Angeles to box with his personal trainer and show he’s as sculpted as ever aged 54.

Although he’s still in great nick, Rhino was a touch more showy when appearing on Gladiators in the 1990sRex
The London actor, aka Mark Smith, was also spotted with a personalised Tesla supercar.
Rhino stayed cool as he went through his paces.
And he still looks to be loving life after becoming a household name in the 1990s.
He joined Gladiators in 1995 after winning the London Men’s Heavyweights bodybuilding title.
Telly boss Nigel Lythgoe let him keep his nickname – given to him by fellow gym-goers.
And he was one of the most popular performers in the hit show – along with Jet, Hunter and Wolf.
Rhino confirmed fitness and shape have remained central to his life since moving to LA seven years ago.
However, this time he was more modestly dressed than on Gladiators.
With gym bottoms and a long-sleeve top, he was all in black, apart from a green cap.
His trainer was in even more relaxed attire – with a T-shirt and white wool hat.

All in all, Rhino appears as content as ever.
And with good reason, it would appear.
Having appeared in movies such as Argo and Yardie, as well as enjoying a short stint in EastEnders, his acting career is ticking over nicely, notably with a role in The Enforcer last year alongside Antonio Banderas and Kate Bosworth.
