Coroners in Clark County, Nevada couldn’t provide any details other than to report she had died, as per TMZ.
The actress died of a heart attack.
Tanner Slaught, Bellamar’s ex-husband, announced her death in a post on her Facebook page.
“Her extremely early departure from this world has caught everyone off guard and we were not prepared for this,” it said.
A GoFundMe page has been created to raise funeral expenses.
“Unfortunately, Ariane, and the rest of us, were not prepared for this sudden turn of events,” it said.
The banner on her Facebook page has been changed to an obituary.
It features a picture of the model in glam attire and text says: “In memory of Ariane Bellamar 1978-2024.”
The post announcing her death was the first time something had been uploaded to her page, which is followed by more than 60,000 people, since 2019.
Bellamar, who was born in Florida, was best known for being a Playboy model, but she was also a TV star.
She had a passion for the creative arts from an early age, her IMDB profile said.
Bellamar had a desire to appear on The New Mickey Mouse Club and would rush home from school every day to tune in.
At just age 10, she produced a theater adaptation of the 1988 flick Beaches – the film that starred the likes of Bette Midler and Barbara Hershey.
Bellamar appeared in the 2012 show Beverly Hills Nannies, which aired for only one season.
She also appeared in an episode of the Bravo series The Millionaire Matchmaker.
She was an extra in the drama show Entourage and in 2017 accused Jeremy Piven, who played Ari Gold, of grabbing her without consent.
Piven vehemently denied the allegations, according to a statement seen by Deadline.
“I unequivocally deny the appalling allegations being peddled about me,” he said.
“It did not happen.”
Bellamar had uncredited roles in the 2021 movie The Suicide Squad and the 2013 comedy-thriller The Hangover Part III.
