A FORMER Putin MP has died in Moscow after plunging from a window, it’s been reported.
Buvaysar Saitiev, 50, was found in a “serious condition” outside a building on Minskaya Street in the latest mystery death to rock Russia.

The ex-MP, who was also a three-time Olympic wrestling champion, reportedly had no visible injuries or blood.
A janitor who discovered Saitiev on the ground on Sunday said the circumstances were unclear.
He was rushed to hospital but passed away.
His widow, Indira Saitiev, told Moskovsky Komsomolets that she believed the fall was an accident.
“He was not very injured by the fall itself, suffering a nondescript pelvic injury and rib fractures,” she said.
“The height was small, so the injuries were not that severe.”
