Littler, 18, cruised to a 6-1 win against Humphries to win his fourth Premier League night of the season.
The defending champion passed over 100 maximums for the tournament as he dominated the field once again.
Following his triumph, Littler suggested Humphries is “showing too much” emotion at the oche.
He said: “For myself, when I’m playing certain players I know when I’ve got them.
“Luke Humphries, he shows a bit too much.
“As a player you’re like he’s at 60 or 41 and he’s not happy about it.
“Then his next throw, he is the same score so you just have to pounce.”
Humphries averaged 93.31 in the final against Littler, hitting just 1 out of 10 on the doubles.
Littler, who won his maiden PDC world title in January, has previously indicated he is targeting Cool Hand’s No1 ranking.
He continued: “I think that goes to show how everyone does say I’m the best in the world at the minute.
“But you know me, I’ll never really say I’m the best in the world.
“I’m performing better than these guys [at the moment].
“So maybe I should be saying I’m best in the world. But we’ll just see how it goes.”
Littler is the defending Premier League champion and currently tops the table with 28 points after 8 weeks.
No player has ever won five nights in the history of the competition.
He added: “Last week I said I want to finish top again and go back-to-back.
“I’m fighting for top and [can] break the nightly win record.
“I think I’m two clear than the rest of the lads that have won so the main goal is to win the fifth one and see what happens next.”
