Keen Morris dancer Emma, of Skelmersdale, Lancashire, died in the crash on the A534 Wrexham Road in Holt at around 1pm on Sunday.
The male rider was taken to hospital in Stoke with serious injuries.
Close family friend Angela Eadie said: “Our beloved friend Emma Hill was tragically killed in a road accident.
“She leaves behind her 3 devastated children Tia, Bailey and Sienna and we would like to raise funds towards the send off she really deserves to make this time easier on the family.
“Funds are being raised on behalf of her children Tia, Bailey and Sienna and will be used for funeral costs and day to day living costs (rent, food, bills) while they navigate this period. “
A GoFundMe campaign has now been launched in Emma’s memory, with the fundraiser having already raised more than £6,000.
Angela said: “Emma has been a member of our dance family, Tanhouse Morris Dancers in Skelmersdale, for many years with both herself and her girls dancing for us.
“Emma would always do anything to help others and help the troupe.
“I don’t believe Emma ever truly realised how far her kindness spread and how loved by so many she really was.
“The wave of sadness which has spread through our community is testament to this.
“I know her warmth and kindness helped so many both in Skelmersdale and in the Morris dancing world over the years, so lets all come together and support her family to get through this awful time.
“All money raised will go towards the funeral and anything else the family needs to get through this difficult time.”
Police launched an appeal for witnesses to come forward following the collision.
Sergeant Steve Richards of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the woman who has died and everyone involved.
“They are now being supported by specially trained officers.
“Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and anyone who can assist with our investigation, who has not already spoken to officers, is asked to get in touch as soon as possible.
“This includes anybody who may have been travelling along that particular stretch of road and who may have dash cam footage.”
