BBC bosses say a report on a workplace practices review ordered after the Huw Edwards scandal is an “important moment” for the corporation.
Staff have been called to a meeting next week to learn its findings before they are made public.

In an email to staff, BBC Chair Samir Shah said: “Thanks to all of you who have taken time to contribute to the independent Workplace Culture Review.
“I’m pleased to say we’re now in a position to talk about the findings of the review and what it means for us all.
“Please join me and Director-General Tim Davie on Monday when we will discuss the Review in detail.
“This is an important moment for our BBC.”
Consultants Change Associates were appointed to carry out the review in October — after newsreader Edwards was convicted of making indecent images of children.
Its remit included abuses of power and investigating “whether there is more we can do to ensure people feel confident to speak up”.
After the BBC meeting, corporation chiefs will make the findings public.
BBC Director General Mr Davie has previously said he wanted to enforce a “zero tolerance” approach to wrongdoing at the corporation.
The BBC declined to comment yesterday.
