The gang restrained a second staff member and took hundreds of pounds in stock in Southall, West London, on April 10.
Footage shown to The Sun shows three other raids at the same shop.
The owner said: “We refuse to accept their demands and they’ve made our lives hell.
“It has cost me £20,000 in lost stock and staff.
“They steal from Tesco and Co-op and expect us to buy it.
“It’s a type of racketeering.”
It comes after The Sun revealed corner shops were selling on stolen goods from retail giants like Co-Op and Waitrose.
The Met Police said its officers were trying to identify the culprits.
