Benn officially made weight at 156.4lbs, while his opponent missed weight by 0.05lbs.
Eubank Jr first scaled at 160.2lbs before his final attempt, which saw him come in at the heavy 160.05lbs and miss weight by 0.05lbs.
SunSport understands the 35-year-old will have a whopping £375,000 deducted from his purse.
A rehydration clause is in the contract which means neither fighter is able to add more than 10lb in weight between Friday and Saturday’s weigh-in.
