Yarde has been building back up towards a shot at the light-heavyweight title, after losing to Artur Beterbiev in 2023.
The Brit had also suffered a first defeat of his career going for the light-heavyweight title in 2019, losing to an 11th round TKO against Sergey Kovalev.
Since a defeat to Beterbiev, Yarde has rebuilt, beating Jorge Silva, Marko Nikolic and most recently Ralfs Vilcans on a points decision in October last year.
Lyndon Arthur is also in the process of rebuilding, falling victim to the Beterbiev-Bivol feud, losing to Dmitry Bivol in December 2023, dropping the IBO light heavyweight title in the process.
Arthur won his most recent bout in a split decision win over Liam Cameron in June last year.
These two rivals have met twice before and will finally settle their 1-1 beef.
Arthur won the first fight in December 2020 with a tight split decision.
Yarde then got his revenge in the rematch 12 months later with a brilliant fourth-round KO win.
