TOTTENHAM star Richarlison hit back at Harvey Elliott’s bizarre taunt just moments before Liverpool sealed the Premier League title.

The Reds officially won the league on Sunday after beating Spurs 5-1 at Anfield to notch their 20th title and tie the record currently shared by rivals Manchester United.

Liverpool ace Harvey Elliott had a bizarre bust-up with Tottenham star Richarlison

Elliott trolled Richarlison’s Everton past before Liverpool won the Premier League

Elliott, 22, came on as a late substitute on 76 minutes for Luis Diaz, who scored the Merseysiders’ first cracker that cancelled out Dominic Solanke’s opener.

Alexis Mac Allister, Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah’s goals as well as Destiny Udogie’s own-goal then completed the rout.

And Elliott was determined to leave his mark as he registered a couple of shots.

The England Under-21 international did just that when he tried to nutmeg Richarlison, 27, in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

The ex-Everton star didn’t take kindly to it and squared up to Elliott, who pushed him away.

The central midfielder’s Liverpool team-mate Curtis Jones pulled him away and that is when he trolled the Brazil international.

Elliott held up three fingers on one hand and gestured zero with the other.

That seems to have been a dig against Richarlison’s Everton past as he indicated that it has been 30 years since Liverpool‘s rivals won their last trophy – which was the FA Cup and Charity Shield.

The winger surprisingly addressed the taunt on TikTok as he took to the comments’ section of a video breaking down that intense confrontation.

Richarlison quipped: “He wants to reach 30 goals in his career I think.”

The Tottenham star, who counts 106 goals in club football across his 10-year career – including 53 with Everton and 20 with Spurs – poked fun at Elliott’s total of 21 – seven of which were with Blackburn.

However, the Liverpool ace probably doesn’t mind too much as he took part in the passionate Anfield celebrations, which marked the first time the club had won the Prem in front of a live crowd.

And as expected there were some incredible images as fans broke down in tears, star man Salah took selfies with the crowd and manager Arne Slot paid tribute to his predecessor Jurgen Klopp.

There were wild scenes in the dressing room afterwards too – with stars sparking up cigars.
