RACHEL Reeves was last night under investigation for failing to properly declare her freebies.
Parliament’s sleaze-buster opened a probe into the Chancellor over hospitality National Theatre tickets.
The Labour Minister went to a show with her family last December, but only registered the £276 gift in March.
An investigation into a possible breach of the MPs’ code was opened on Monday by the Commons Standards Commissioner.
While a late entry would only constitute a minor breach if ruled out of order, Ms Reeves has already faced criticism over her freebies.
She was attacked in March for taking Sabrina Carpenter tickets at the O2 before announcing sweeping welfare cuts.
A spokesperson for Rachel Reeves said: “The Chancellor’s interests are fully declared and up to date.”
The Chancellor previously defended accepting free tickets to the Sabrina Carpenter gig, claiming it was for security reasons.
She told the BBC: “I do now have security, which means it’s not as easy as it would have been in the past to just sit in a concert, although probably a lot easier for everyone concerned.
“So look, I took those tickets to go with a member of my family.
“I think that was the right thing to do from a security aspect.”
