POLICE are investigating after a woman was found dead in a churchyard.
Paramedics were called to St Petroc’s church in Bodmin, Plymouth, at 6am.
Devon and Cornwall Police then attended the scene.
The woman, in her 30s, reportedly suffered a medical episode and had no injuries.
The Plymouth Herald reported that police are trying to trace the woman’s family to inform them of her death.
Her death is not being treated as suspicious and has been referred to the Cornwall coroner for an inquest to take place in due course.
The churchyard remains cordoned off as officers examine the area.
