The house, 37 Goodison Road, has been signed by numerous Toffees stars and managers, including their opposition.
Fans have taken to social media to question if this could indicate the forward’s future home.
One said: “It is a good sign that Everton have some form of chance to sign him.”
Another said: “Welcome to Everton.”
Delap, son of long-throw specialist Rory, has attracted interest all through the Premier League after his 14 goals and assists this season.
Chelsea and Manchester United have been among those interested as Ipswich’s relegation has activated his £30 million release clause.
Now Moyes and Everton have entered the mix.

He said: “He would be one who we would certainly have an interest in.

“So, we would certainly be interested if he was interested in us. That’s for sure.”
Everton could do with a boost in attack as previous main man Dominic Calvert-Lewin is out of contract in the summer.
His future is uncertain due to current fitness issues post-hamstring injury but the Ipswich starlet is an attractive prospect.
