British & Irish Lions vs Argentina LIVE RESULT: Pumas hand Andy Farrell’s side marginal opening 1888 Cup defeat

THE British & Irish Lions’ 1888 Cup campaign has got off to the worst possible start with Andy Farrell’s side losing to Argentina in Dublin.

It is a memorable day for the Pumas as they held their nerve to beat the Lions 28-24.

And a day to forget for the Lions in their rear appearance on home soil, with new head coach Farrell having to go back to the drawing board ahead of the tricky tour Down Under.
