Lee Carsley‘s side have knocked out some of the tournament favourites en route to the final, most recently beating the Netherlands 2-1 thanks to a stunning double from Harvey Elliott.
But the Young Lions must now overcome a side that has already got the better of them at this year’s Euros.
Germany beat England during the group stage as goals from Ansgar Knauff and Nelson Weiper secured a 2-1 win.
Antonio Di Salvo’s side went on to win Group B, and they currently have a 100% record at the tournament.
The Germans booked their spot in the final by thrashing France 3-0.
