Nelson spent last season farmed out to Fulham and it could be another loan deal

He made 13 appearances last term for the West Londoners, scoring twice.

Nelson has come through the Gunners’ academy but is likely to find his chances limited this term at the Emirates.

Especially with the expected arrival of Noni Madueke from Chelsea.

Fulham are yet to sign anyone this summer – the only Premier League side to do so.

The Cottagers finished 11th in the Prem table last season with 11 points separating them from European qualification.

Therefore, the West Londoners will be looking for a better campaign this coming term.

And Arsenal could be open for doing business as they are set to repackage their frontline.

Madueke is set to join from Chelsea ahead of a £52million deal.

The North Londoners have been very busy during the summer transfer window as they also landed Christian Norgaard, Martin Zubimendi and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
