A MAN has died after a fire ripped through a building in Cornwall.
The body of a man in his 30s was found inside a residential property on Narrowcliff, Newquay.

Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service rushed to the incident at around 4.35pm on Tuesday.
Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that a man’s body had been found inside the property.
An investigation into the man’s death is underway, and it is currently being treated as unexplained.
The fire erupted in a building located between the former Narrowcliff Hotel and the former Hotel Bristol near Tolcarne beach.
Footage showed firefighters battling the inferno as concerned onlookers watched on.
They remained at the scene into the evening as thick smoke billowed from the building.
Residents nearby were urged to close windows and doors, and to avoid the area as it also led to a partial road closure.
A police cordon remains in place.
Police are appealing to witnesses, and have asked anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
A police spokesperson said: “We are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal fire in Newquay earlier this week.”
They added: “The death is currently being treated as unexplained, but officers are keeping an open mind.
“Enquiries are ongoing and a police cordon remains in place at the scene.”
