FORMER Liverpool star Andre Wisdom has found a new calling after a horror stabbing ruined his career.
The defender made 22 appearances for the Reds after graduating fromtheir academy before a move to Derby County.

He was a regular for the Rams before a horrific stabbing during a robbery in Liverpool in 2020.
Wisdom, 32, was attacked by masked thugs who stole his designer watch as he left a party.
He returned to play but was released by Derby the following year, and he spent two years out of the game.
Wisdom now has a new career in property having invested in several houses near Liverpool, which he has rented out to his former club for their young players to use.
He also still plays football for non-league side FC United of Manchester, having returned to the sport in 2023.
But his career has never been the same since his assault, with Wisdom revealing he still suffers from the pain inflicted by the stabbing.
Reflecting on the ordeal, Wisdom told BBC Sport: “Who knows where I’d be playing today had I not been stabbed.
“I wouldn’t say that night ruined my career, but it definitely changed it.
“To this day I still have pain in my body from being stabbed.”
Wisdom had trials at Portsmouth, Birmingham and Sheffield United after leaving Derby but his body could not cope with the demands of playing again.
He added: “My body just wasn’t the same. It was frustrating. I wasn’t getting the same output in power and speed.
“I came back too soon. I was too eager, I wanted to be back in a football environment.
“I think that was me dealing with the emotion. I didn’t want to sit at home and replay all the things that happened.”
