FOOTBALL fans believe that Aaron Ramsey’s infamous “curse” has struck again just days after he scored his first goal for new club Unam Pumas.
Ramsey, 34, completed a shock transfer to the Mexican top-tier side in July.

And after finally making his debut off the bench in August, a week later, he became an instant hero with a last-gasp winner against Atlas Guadalajara.
However, football fans believe the Welshman’s infamous curse has struck once again.
The theory goes that whenever Ramsey scores a goal, someone famous passes away.
On this occasion, fans have linked Ramsey’s goal to the death of fashion icon Giorgio Armani, whose death was announced on Thursday at the age of 91.
Reacting on social media, one fan said: “R.I.P Giorgio Armani. You were a victim of the Aaron Ramsey curse in 2025.”
A second said: “Ramsey curse in big 25.”
A third added: “The Aaron Ramsey curse strikes again…”
Another said: “I’m not saying the Aaron Ramsey curse is real, but if it was…”
Former Arsenal and Cardiff star Ramsey has joined his new club on a one-year deal, and is back fit following a hamstring injury.
He was not called up to Craig Bellamy‘s latest Wales international squad due to playing little football.
But Bellamy believes his skipper can be the Dragons’ secret weapon next summer thanks to his time in Mexico.
Bellamy said: “I’m excited for that and if or when we get to Mexico, or if we have to play over there, then we’ve got first-hand experience.
“Tell us everything, tell us what it’s like. For example, there’s the altitude. What’s it going to be like if he comes down?
“Live high, train low, you know what I mean? What’s that going to do? Is he going to have more energy?”
