Eva wore a glittery, low-cut gown that reached the floor, and it was filled with sparkling gems.
She caught the eye in the bold outfit as she presented an award.
Eva spoke to the crowd while on stage before revealing the winner of the ‘Best Influencer’ of the year, who was musician Stresi, aka Arkimed Lushaj.
The presenter later shared some snaps of her look on social media, including a video with influencer Doris Murati in which she blew a kiss to the camera.
Eva has been busy in recent weeks, featuring in an advery for Lays Albania, tucking into some crisps and a can of Pepsi.
The 29-year-old has earned comparisons to TNT Sports host Laura Woods.
She also hosts Champions League matches and has attracted 1.2million followers with her appearances.
Eva was recently crowned the “cutest Queen” as Inter Milan battled Barcelona in the semi-final after wearing an audacious top.
She is no stranger to turning heads with bold outfits and earlier this month stunned in a bikini.
Eva is a law graduate and used to work as an actress.
