Pundits Ashley Williams and Fara Williams wished Scott a happy birthday before the show played a clip from another colleague, Wright.
He said: “Hi Alex I just want to say happy birthday, hope you have a wonderful day.”
Scott replied with a big smile on her face saying: “Wright, I love Wright thank you so much.”
The presenter celebrated her birthday week by hitting the red carpet alongside partner Jess Glynne.
The pair began dating earlier this year before making things official last month, and they dazzled together at the Attitude magazine awards.
Scott was also joined at the awards ceremony by her close friend, England Women’s captain Leah Williamson.
The Arsenal star took to social media to wish Scott a happy birthday, and shared some photos and a video of her favourite moments with the now 39-year-old.
Williamson wrote: “Happiest of birthdays to you my friend.

“Many more years of carrying your bag or your cape and always having a ‘however’ to argue against me.”
Scott is now in a relationship with singer Jess after the couple enjoyed a series of dates before and after the Women’s World Cup.
Jess, 33, and Alex, 38, were pictured together side-by-side back in July watching the tennis at Wimbledon and have grown closer since then.
They were later seen enjoying a boozy pub lunch in North West London just before the Women’s World Cup in August.
The pair then stayed in contact as Alex travelled to Australia to cover the tournament for the BBC — before they met up again in London on her return.
