SHAMED Andrew Tate is facing a new sexual assault allegation after his girlfriend claimed she was nearly choked unconscious during sex.
Bri Stern filed a police report after accusing Andrew of attacking her on March 11 while the pair were staying in Beverly Hills together, claim TMZ.

Andrew’s lawyer described the allegation as “fake news” as he vehemently denied the claims.
The disgraced brother, who is already facing human trafficking charges in Romania, is accused of choking Bri during sex and refusing to stop despite the model’s pleas.
She is said to have claimed in her police report to Californian officials that she repeatedly told him to stop but Andrew only became rougher, the US outlet reported.
Bri alleges that she continued to struggle before nearly losing consciousness and passing out, said TMZ, citing sources with direct knowledge of the incident.
Bri and Andrew started dating last June after meeting in Romania after Bri had a modelling job, sources confirmed.
The 38-year-old former kickboxer turned controversial influencer is said to have fallen asleep after the alleged attack.
Bri went to the bathroom shortly after and took photos of her injuries which appeared to show bruising on the side of her face according to TMZ.
Two days later, Bri is said to have left California for New York City where she went to a hospital.
Bri was diagnosed as “post-concussive”, according to a photo obtained by the outlet.
A police report was then filed just days ago after Andrew and his brother Tristan flew back to Romania to answer questions over their ongoing legal case.
Bri said she only filed a report after knowing Andrew had left the US.
Andrew Tate’s lawyer Joseph McBride has strenuously denied the claims and promised to sue for defamation.
McBride told The Sun: “It’s fake news, an unequivocally false story.
“This is an attention grab by one of many people trying to hurt Andrew for one reason or another.
“It’s sad and disappointing but it’s unequivocally untrue and defamatory and we look forward to clearing Andrew’s name in court.
“Without doubt we will sue for defamation.
“Who in their right mind after clearing himself of human trafficking claims in Romania would come to the other side of the world and commit a crime like that? It makes no sense whatsoever.
“There’s not a scintilla of truth to it and we will do what we have to do to protect Andrew’s interests in court.”
Andrew already faces a string of serious allegations in both Romania and the UK along with his brother.
The British-American siblings were held last year in Bucharest over allegations of rape, human trafficking and forming a group to sexually exploit women.
The Tates face separate charges in the UK of rape and trafficking.
They deny all of the allegations.
Addressing the looming legal case by Romanian prosecutors, the brothers held an impromptu press conference with reporters late on Saturday night.
Andrew led the conversation as he again pleaded his innocence despite the slew of allegations still hanging over his head.
He said: “We are in Romania like I said I’d be because innocent men don’t run from anything and we are here to clear our names.
“After all we’ve been through, we truly deserve a day in court.”
The brothers have faced legal challenges for months on end as back in August armed cops were seen storming their Bucharest home through the roof after being blocked by “bulletproof doors”.
Masked officers raided the controversial influencer’s home amid a probe into new allegations of trafficking and sex with a minor.

In December, British cops were also allowed to seize more than £2million from the pair after the pair didn’t pay taxes.
The brothers failed to pay any tax on £21million in revenue from their online businesses — now held in seven frozen bank accounts.
Andrew said at the time: “This isn’t justice, it’s a co-ordinated attack on those who challenge the system.”
Cops are seeking their extradition to the UK for similar allegations here.
Andrew moved to Romania years ago after first starting a webcam business in the UK.
He initially gained fame after a short-lived appearance on Big Brother but was dumped from the reality show after alleged footage of him beating a woman emerged online.
Andrew then built up an image that appealed to teenage boys – creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.
Masquerading as lifestyle advice, much of the content is considered highly sexist and is seen as promoting violence against women.
His influence has had a worrying spread amongst young men and boys, with one UK MP saying he is “brainwashing” children.
