A PAEDOPHILE couple who forced two boys to rape a one-year-old girl lived next door to a trans pervert — with locals dubbing them the “neighbours from hell”.
Sick Samantha Crawford, 33, ex-husband Michael Cummins, 35, and 6ft 5in beast Katie Dolatowski, 24, made their home in a terraced row surrounded by unsuspecting families.

Residents on the quiet estate in Kirkcaldy, Fife, ran out Dolatowski when the sex-swap fiend’s crimes came to light.
The predator sexually assaulted a ten-year-old schoolgirl in a supermarket toilet and attacked a second girl of 12 in another shop.
Crawford and Cummins — in jail awaiting sentencing for the horrific abuse of four children — even joined the effort to see off Dolatowski, triggering shock among residents when they too were unmasked as monsters.
A source told The Scottish Sun on Sunday: “Sam and Michael wanted rid of Dolatowski just like the rest of us. It turns out they were hiding a secret which was just as horrific.
“We let our kids play out in the street here and we had no idea they were in such danger.
“These monsters were right under our noses.
“Three of the most evil people imaginable were living side by side.
“The real neighbours from hell.”
Crawford, Cummins and Dolatowski lived next door to each other for at least five months.
The trans fiend moved in with a relative after being forced from a women’s shelter in Leeds.
Dolatowski used a fake name to bag a bed at the refuge and was later chased from the row in October 2022 when locals learned the truth.
The house is now boarded up.
Crawford and Cummins had been there seven years when Dolatowski moved in, leaving when they split.
Another neighbour said: “Good riddance to the lot.
“They’d best not show their faces round here again.
“People don’t want beasts in their street.
“We’ll make sure they’re run out if they ever dare come back.”
We told how Crawford and Cummins face a long jail stretch after being found guilty of sex attacks on the little girl, two lads aged three and seven and another boy, over four years old, starting in 2014.
Jurors at the High Court in Edinburgh trial were offered counselling as the evidence was so horrific.
Dolatowski — born a boy named Lennon — dodged prison for preying on the girls in 2018.
The perv was finally jailed last year for just 78 days for defying a court-imposed curfew in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire.
