THE alleged cause of death of a Brit mum who died in Turkey has been revealed.
Mum-of-two Beth Martin, 28, fell ill on a plane to Istanbul and was rushed to a two-star hospital where she died and allegedly had her heart removed.

A bombshell report has now claimed that the mum died due to to food poisoning, according to local media outlet Sozcu.
It said that they had found no evidence she died from “traumatic effects”.
The report, by the Forensic Medicine Institution, said: “It has been concluded that Martin’s death occurred as a result of food poisoning and its complications.”
It reportedly noted that the full examination of Beth’s heart had been completed.
And it added that tissue samples taken during tests on her heart at the hospital would be returned to British authorities on Friday.
Beth was wheeled to Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital on April 27 – a low-rated public hospital built on the outskirts of the Turkish capital.
After scrambling for an ambulance, she was finally admitted to the hospital, which offers Istanbul’s International Patient Service serving foreign patients.
The doctors are understood to have checked her heart by performing an angiogram – a form of X-ray that shows blood vessels.
After doing the checks, the doctors told husband Luke they did not find anything suspicious.
She died the next day – leaving her husband Luke to explain the tragedy to their two young children, aged 8 and 5.
Her family claims they were left completely in the dark by Turkish authorities throughout the whole ordeal.
And sickeningly, once they finally got back to the UK with her body, a UK autopsy revealed her heart had allegedly been removed – without any prior consent or authorisation.
Despite the accusations, it is currently unclear where exactly Beth’s heart is.
Marmara Pendik Hospital is currently facing a negligence investigation over Beth’s sudden death, according to her family.
Turkish officials broke their silence on Beth’s death nearly a month after she was rushed to hospital.
The Turkish health ministry claimed Beth died of “cardiac arrest due to multiple organ failure”.
It said: “The patient was recorded in the hospital records as a ‘forensic case’ in line with the statement of Martin’s wife that they may have been poisoned by a meal they ate in their country before the trip, and the initial findings.”

This was revealed in late May – before the bombshell report on Friday explained that food poisoning had allegedly caused her death.
Turkish officials also previously claimed Beth did not undergo any surgical procedure.
Her preliminary autopsy was non-invasive and done without any incisions, the ministry said.
It comes after Beth’s family had been desperately seeking answers over the mum-of-two’s sudden passing.
Her husband Luke even said he was accused of poisoning by Turkish authorities before being released.
The family launched a GoFundMe – which as of publication has hit over £260,000.
But they are yet to respond to the new report’s claims.
Beth’s friend Ellie Grey also revealed horrifying details in an emotional social media post about her pal.
She claimed that when Beth, 28, was supposed to be transferred to a private clinic, the public hospital were slow to act and “stopped her” from doing so.
The friend also told how doctors said they performed 45 minutes of CPR on Beth.
But Ellie thinks this was unlikely due to the fact her hair was in “perfect” shape when she visited Beth in hospital.
