Both the woman and her husband were rushed to the hospital after the tragic accident in Greece.

It is understood that the couple were holidaying in the tourist hotspot.

The husband is still in the hospital and is understood to be in “critical condition”.

Greek cops are now investigating the possible cause of the crash.

It comes after another Brit tourist was killed after a person driving “in a rash and negligent manner” lost control of his rental car and crashed into him.

Harish Solanki, 86, died after being crushed into a wall at the picturesque village of Candolim, India.

His 81-year-old wife, Chandrakanta, sustained serious injuries, local media reported.

Driver Vicky Jain, 48, was arrested after driving into the couple with his rental car, which was badly damaged by the force of the incident.

Jain is from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, according to Indian news outlet Daijiworld.

He was driving on the main road through Candolim when he veered onto the wrong side of the carriageway and crashed into the pair, police reported.

The couple had reportedly left their hotel and were walking on the side of the road when the crash took place.

Both were rushed to a nearby hospital, where Solanki died that same evening.

His wife underwent treatment at a medical centre and remained in critical condition.

Meanwhile, another Brit toutist was found dead in a hotel garden in Turkey.

The 41-year-old tourist was found in his hotel in the Marmaris district of Muğla, before medical teams rushed to the scene and pronounced him dead.

Medical teams quickly pronounced the man dead at the scene after rushing to the site of the tragedy.
