A BRIT YouTuber is facing extradition to Poland after allegedly sexually abusing young girls.
Stuart Kluz Burton, 31, is continuing to be investigated following multiple allegations that he coerced girls, one of which is said to be 13, into having sex or sending him erotic messages.
Stuart Kluz Burton is facing an extradition hearing in February
He is accused of sexually assaulting teen girls
The London-born content creator was arrested in the UK last month when prosecutors in Poland accused him of sex offences against the teens.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed he faces one charge of sexual touching in 2015 and three more relating to incidents three years later.
In a more recent alleged assault, Burton is accused of plying one of the children with alcohol.
Claims made against Burton reportedly happened in Poland when the video maker, who has a British and Polish passport, was living there.
The Sun understands that an application for extradition back to Poland was previously submitted and Burton is now due to attend a full hearing in February.
Burton, who goes by the username Stuu, has 4.23million subscribers on his YouTube channel, where he normally posts videos about Minecraft, and a further two million followers on Instagram.
Polish Police previously posted on X, formerly Twitter: “YouTuber Stuart B. ‘Stuu’, who has been wanted since yesterday on an arrest warrant, was arrested today by British police officers thanks to close cooperation and information provided by police officers from the Office of International Police Cooperation and Liaison Officer.
“The Liaison Officer in Great Britain and police officers from the Office of International Police Cooperation at the Police Headquarters were constantly in contact with police officers in Great Britain, indicating Stuu’s whereabouts.
“An arrest warrant issued yesterday made it possible to arrest him.”
Burton was remanded on conditional bail by Westminster Magistrates’ and is currently on an electronic tag.
One of Burton’s conditions is that he must sleep at his home in Luton, Beds, every night.
Bedfordshire Police also confiscated both of his passports.
The allegations come after another YouTuber, Sylwester Wardega, uploaded a video claiming they had evidence of criminal wrongdoing – before naming Burton and other influencers.
She alleged that Burton had contact with a 13-year-old girl, proposing meetings and sending erotic messages.
Screengrabs of conversations were also posted online alleging he invited a 15-year-old to his property and kissed a 13-year-old girl.
Burton denies all allegations.
