A PERSON has been killed in a horror house fire.
The blaze broke out at the Carlisle home in Cumbria yesterday – killing one person.

It’s understood the fire was in the living room of the Pennine Way home, with crews rushing to the scene just after 3pm yesterday.
The fire service said: “Firefighters extinguished the fire, but sadly, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
“An investigation to determine the cause of the fire is now underway.
“CFRS will be in the area over the coming days to provide community reassurance and fire safety information.”
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: “Cumbria Police is working alongside colleagues from Cumbria Fire and Rescue.
“This investigation is at an early stage.”
It comes after three people died in a South London blaze.
Emergency services were called out to the terrifying blaze just before 11pm on Friday in Sanderstead Road, South Croydon.
Met Police confirmed this morning that two men, one of whom is believed to be in his 40s, were tragically killed in the blaze in South London.
A third man in his 30s was raced to hospital in critical condition and has since died, the force said.
