CAROLINE DUBOIS defends her WBC lightweight world championship in London against Bo Mi Re Shin on Friday night.

Dubois, 24, will compete as a co-main event in Natasha Jonas’ welterweight unification bout versus Lauren Price at the Royal Albert Hall.

Caroline is the younger sister of heavyweight boxing world champion Daniel Dubois

Instead of competing against rival world champion Terri Harper, as many had hoped, the Englishwoman takes on WBC No 1 contender Shin.

Although her maiden defence of the WBC championship last month ended abruptly due to a cut to her opponent, Jessica Camara, Dubois is still unbeaten in eleven fights.

That bout finished in a technical tie and Dubois kept her title.

Shin, 30, has fought most often at super-featherweight and has two losses and three draws in 23 fights.
