TYLER Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk at a student debate event at a university in Utah is refusing to cooperate with cops.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox revealed the latest details on the investigation on Sunday as Robinson’s family and transgender partner are giving information to help the FBI.

“He has not confessed to, to authorities,” Utah Governor Spencer Cox told ABC News‘ “This Week” on Sunday.

“He is not cooperating, but all the people around him are cooperating. And I think that’s, that’s, that’s very important.”

The governor also confirmed that Robinson does have a transgender partner who has been helping the FBI in its investigation in not the shooting of the conservative activist.

“We can confirm that, that his roommate was indeed a boyfriend who is transitioning from, from male to female,” Cox said.

“That’s information that the FBI had mentioned yesterday.

“We can confirm that as well. And that, that, that he is cooperating with, with authorities as well.”

The Sun revealed on Saturday that Robinson had been seen kissing his transgender partner two weeks before the shooting.

And authorities revealed on Friday that a “roommate” had helped the investigation by revealing messages from a contact named “Tyler”.

the 31-year-old Trump ally and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot in the neck on Wednesday while addressing students at Utah Valley University.

The last question he was ever asked was: “Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?”

Cox said that charges are set to be formally filed against Robinson on Tuesday.
