CHELSEA are closing in on a sensational swoop for Xavi Simons – but one star could move the other way.
The Blues have had a busy summer and now have more funds to spend following the sale of Noni Madueke.

Madueke joined Arsenal for £52million, freeing up funds for RB Leipzig star Simons, who would cost around £60m.
Personal terms are thought to be close and the 22-year-old would be keen on a move to Stamford Bridge.
Though Chelsea have made Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers their top target and could decide to pursue him instead.
Meanwhile Carney Chukwuemeka could move the other way with the Blues and Leipzig holding talks about both players.
It is understood that the moves would be separate deals due to PSR.
Simons scored 10 goals and laid on seven assists in 25 Bundesliga appearances for Leipzig last season and has also been linked with Arsenal.
Leipzig are understood to be open to selling the Netherlands international.
Chelsea are also in talks to sell Renato Veiga to Atletico Madrid, though they are holding out for £35m.
And they could replace him with Jorrel Hato from Ajax.

The Blues are willing to pay around £40m for the versatile Dutchman, but that is some way off the £60m asking price.
Hato’s ability to play both centre-back or left-back makes him appealing to Chelsea, who are flush with cash after winning the Club World Cup.
