Chelsea hope to finally lure ‘Liverpool target’ Karim Adeyemi.
Borussia Dortmund‘s Germany winger, 22, reportedly rebuffed the Blues last summer.

But it’s claimed Chelsea are “in talks” to recruit the in-form star.
Dortmund would want a sizeable fee for the former RB Salzburg hero, who is under contract until 2027 and also on Napoli‘s radar.
It comes as Chelsea are being linked with a swap deal for Bayern Munich wideman Mathys Tel.
The 19-year-old, rated at £40million, has long been monitored by the Blues.
And the latest suggestion is that Stamford Bridge chiefs are open to an exchange deal involving their French attacker Christopher Nkunku.
Chelsea already have an array of wing options, including Jadon Sancho, Noni Madueke, Pedro Neto, Mykhailo Mudryk and of course versatile main man Cole Palmer.
But Bild journalist Christian Falk says the Premier League giants are “still in talks to sign” Adeyemi.
It’s understood the Blues pursued the four-cap ace in the last transfer window.
But he was “reluctant” to make the move – and Dortmund are also keen to keep him.
Liverpool too have been mentioned in connection with Adeyemi in recent months.
The Reds’ chief goal-getter Mo Salah is said to be the focus of a mega-money offer from Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
The Egypt forward, 32, has hinted he might not be extending his Anfield contract beyond June this year.
And Al-Hilal could offer Salah a 24-month deal worth around £65m.
Adeyemi would be far from a direct replacement.
But Liverpool boss Arne Slot hopes to increase their range of flair and pace right across the frontline.
