CHELSEA will be awarded a one-of-a-kind award in the build-up to the Champions League draw for ‘winning it all’.

They will receive that after completing the acquisition of all of Uefa‘s European trophies—the Champions League, Europa League, and most recently, the Conference League.

Those three trophies will be celebrated alongside the Super Cup, as well as the defunct Cup Winners’ Cup and UEFA Cup.

The special award will be handed out by Uefa chief Aleksander Čeferin, and the Blues will become the only team in the world to have one.

Co-owner Todd Boehly is in Monaco for the draw, as the Blues await finding out who they will face in this year’s league phase.

Chelsea are back in Uefa’s elite competition for the first time since being dumped out by Real Madrid in the 22/23 quarter-finals, and could face David Luiz‘s Pafos side or a lengthy trip to Kazakhstan to face Kairat Almaty.

Being in pot one means Enzo Maresca‘s side will also draw two of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG, Inter, Dortmund, RB Leipzig or Barcelona – one of which will be away from home, and one of which will be at Stamford Bridge.

The Chelsea stars themselves have spoken on who they want to play away, with Estevao, Marc Cucurella and Enzo Fernandez keen on a trip to Barcelona, with others asking for Real Madrid and PSG.

Regardless of who they play, Chelsea fans are optimistic about their chances in the Champions League this season, seeking a third-ever title.

This tournament will represent a chance for Cole Palmer to lift the title for a second time, as he has already done so with Manchester City when they won it in 2023.

However, the Chelsea star has since claimed he doesn’t feel like he played a part in it, and doesn’t treasure his winner’s medal.

Palmer said: “I always say, I don’t feel like a Champions League winner, if I’m being honest.

“It doesn’t really mean anything to me.

“People say it, but I weren’t involved.

“Obviously I played in the group stage and stuff like that, but it’s not the same, is it?

“I’ve not threw the medal away! I’ve still got it, but it’s not like I feel like I’ve won it.”
