FOUR family members are dead after a relative went on a horrifying stabbing spree before lighting their house on fire, police have said.

NYPD officers responded to a home in Far Rockaway after a 911 call from a young girlRepresented by ZUMA Press, Inc.

Officials received a 911 call from a young girl who claimed her cousin was “killing her family members,” according to a statement from NYPD Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey, per New York Daily News.

Maddrey noted that the man was visiting the family from the Bronx.

Patrick Hendry, president of the Police Benevolent Association, also said that the home had started on fire amid several stabbings from “a madman on a rampage.”

“This scene was chaos,” Hendry told the publication.

In his statement, Maddrey explained that when two officers arrived at the home after the 911 call, they saw a man walking out of the residence carrying luggage.

After confronting the man and casually questioning him about what was going on inside the home, he immediately pulled a kitchen steak knife on the two cops, according to the chief.

“They engaged him in basically a casual conversation. ‘Hey, did you hear anything — do you know what’s going on?’” Maddrey said in a statement.

“He immediately attacked both officers.”

The man stabbed one officer in the neck and chest and the other in the head before one of them was able to open fire and fatally wound the killer, per Maddrey.

Both officers were taken to the hospital and are expected to make full recoveries.

Cops said they also discovered a girl, 11, stabbed in front of the Queens home, who later died at Cohen Children’s Medical Center.

The killer was later identified by the NYPD as Courtney Gordon, 38.

After putting out the fire that Gordon started on a couch in the residence so police couldn’t get inside, they discovered three other victims stabbed to death in two bedrooms.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny noted them as a boy, 12, a woman, 44, and a man in his 30s.

A fifth victim, a 61-year-old woman, was found and taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to Kenny.

The victims names have yet to be released by police, but Kenny noted that “it seems to all be family relations,” per New York Daily News.

The young girl who called 911 reportedly made it out of the horrific situation as well, and police noted they were interviewing her at a nearby precinct “to shed some light on what occurred.”

Gordon had one prior arrest for a strangulation domestic violence case in the Bronx before Sunday morning’s stabbings, police said.

NYPD added that they’d never been called to the home in Far Rockaway for any disturbances involving Gordon before.
