Hamas terrorists unleashed carnage in Israel as they swept in on motorbikes, handgliders and bulldozers before massacring more than 1,300 in their homes and at a music festival last Saturday.

Israel has retaliated by bombarding Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip, killing some 1,900 people, and warning 1.1 million people in northern Gaza to evacuate to the south by today.

Now, Hamas’s wicked plans to unleashed horror on the Israeli kibbutz of Kfar Sa’ad – two miles from Gaza’s border – have been revealed.

The alleged plot, labelled as “top secret” in Arabic, was allegedly found amongst the bodies of terrorists.

It lays out instructions for two highly-trained Hamas units to attack the village and target places where children gather, according to documents obtained by NBC.

Their orders were to infiltrate two schools and a youth centre and take hostages to be dragged back to Gaza, with a map revealing exactly where they would strike.

One page directs “Combat unit 1” to “contain the new Da’at school,” while “Combat unit 2” is told to “collect hostages,” “search the Bnei Akiva youth center” and “search the old Da’at school.”

The militants were ordered to “kill as many as possible” once they had secured the kibbutz.

An IDF soldier recently told NewsNation that he had seen plans stating: “Hunt and kill everything that moves. Pets, animals. Babies, infants.”

Israeli authorities are still determining the death toll from the bloodbath at Kfar Sa-ad, which was home to 800 people.

In the nearby kibbutz of Kfar Aza, Hamas killed over 100 civilians in unimaginable scenes of horror.

The newly discovered plans are part of a wider trove of distressing documents that show how Hamas meticulously planned its surprise attack on October 7.

The evidence shows how the Palestinian militant group had for years been gathering detailed intelligence on all of the Israeli towns and villages close to the Gaza border.

An IDF source told NBC: “The dental office, the supermarket, the dining hall… the level of specificity would cause anyone in the intelligence field’s jaw to drop.”

Another anonymous official said: “I’ve never seen this kind of detailed planning” in a terror attack.

On Friday, a 14-page operational plan was uncovered amid a pile of Hamas terrorists’ bodies by Israeli rescue group South First Responders (SFR).

The documents – titled “raid plan” spelled out their planned assault on the kibbutz of Mefalsim – including specific instructions to cut holes in fences.

A page branded the “most important” by SFR sets out “tasks” including “take prisoner soldiers, residents, and take hostages for negotiations”.

The document also outlines the operational schedule and which member of the squad will do what, such as “open a hole” in the fence or provide “artillery”.

SFR said rescuers also separately found pieces of paper Hamas militants had on them “with overviews of Israeli armoured vehicles and tanks” and “detailed equipment lists”.

It is understood the papers also noted the weak points of Israeli vehicles.

In the neighbouring kibbutz of Kfar Aza, Israeli soldiers discovered the hellish wasteland brutal Hamas militants left in their wake after massacring at least 40 babies and kids.

The victims included the 8-year-old daughter of Irish-born Thomas Hand who said the news his daughter had been killed was a “blessing” as being taken hostage by Hamas is “worse than death”.

Savage militants – branded the “new Nazis” – went house to house in Kfar Aza, beheading youngsters and shooting elderly women in a vile two-day rampage that shocked the world.

Scenes of devastation are all that remain – an abandoned baby’s pram by a burnt-out car, corpses strewn on streets and body bags lining an outdoor basketball court.

Israel Defence Forces (IDF) chief spokesman, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, said up to 3,500 Hamas terrorists took part in the surprise offensive.

In at least one area, evil fighters hung up an ISIS flag after killing innocent citizens.

Israeli soldiers uncovered the terror group’s flag alongside other equipment in the kibbutz Sufa.

The IDF tweeted: “Hamas brought ISIS flags to massacre Israeli children, women and men.

“Hamas is a genocidal terrorist organization. Hamas is worse than ISIS.”

As the bloody conflict enters its seventh day, Israel is readying its forces at the border for a full-scale invasion of Gaza, which could be as soon as today.

Over 360,000 reservists have been called up to bolster its 130,000-strong regular army, which is amassing on the border ahead of the expected land assault.

It comes as Israel’s military revealed last night that they had conducted “localised raids” into the bomb-blitzed Gaza Strip to “cleanse the area of terrorists and weapons”.

Super-elite Sayeret Matkal soldiers led tanks and infantry into Hamas lairs yesterday to hunt down terrorist rocket crews and search for hostages.

The mission was the first to probe Hamas defences ahead of an anticipated full-scale ground invasion.

For days on end, Israel has been pounding Gaza with airstrikes in revenge for Hamas’s attack.

At least 1,900 Palestinians have been killed during the retaliatory bombardment of densely-populated Gaza, including 600 children.

The UN has warned that Gaza is descending into a “hellhole” and is on the “brink of collapse”.

On Friday, Israel warned 1.1 million people living in the north of the Gaza Strip to flee their homes ahead of an “imminent attack”.

Tens of thousands of people have fled south, according to the UN, after Israel began a 24 hour countdown on Friday.

Families in cars, trucks, donkey carts and on-foot loaded up with blankets and possessions were seen streaming down roads.

Today, the IDF told residents of Gaza City that they will not suffer any harm if they move between 10am to 4pm local time.
