Wolverhampton Crown Court was shown four clips of Majek on the night of the mum’s death.
The first showed the defendant hanging around the reception area of the Park Inn by Radisson hotel where he had been staying.
Rhiannon was working behind the bar on October 20, 2024, as the footage shows Majek appearing to stare at her at points throughout the night.
One of her co-workers noticed Majek “staring at Rhiannon and the women she was working with”, prosecutors claim.
The Sudan national was dressed in a grey zip up coat with his hood up, black trousers and sandals.
A second clip taken at just past 11pm on the same evening shows Rhiannon walking through a car park at Bescot Station after her shift.
Majek was captured two minutes later following the same route.
He then “closed the gap” to 90 seconds and then 30 seconds as she reached a deserted platform at 11.13pm, the court heard.
At some point between 11:15pm and 11:17pm, Majek was seen heading up the steps over the Bescot Station overbridge.
He appeared to hold his jacket up so it covered his mouth as he looked around on several occasions.
Majek is then accused of making his way to the platform where Rhiannon was waiting.
The prosecutor told jurors: “It was then that the prosecution say that this defendant attacked her. Rhiannon had been talking to her friend.
“But it went silent before (the friend) heard a scream, then another scream. The phone went dead at 11.19pm.
“Shortly after that this defendant could be seen running back up the stairs from the platform.
“He had an object lit up in his hand – that was Rhiannon’s mobile phone.”
He was captured running down the same set of stairs he had come up mere minutes earlier before turning right down a path.
The light from the phone can be clearly seen.
Majek denies murder and possessing a screwdriver as an offensive weapon.

Only a minute later, footage shows the defendant making it to a bridge between the station and a car park in Bescot.
As he walks across he stops and leans over the side.
Appearing hesitant at first, he takes a few steps before circling back to the bridge edge where he tosses the phone into the water.
The defendant then casually walks off.
Jurors heard the Sudan national got a drink from a nearby shop before he disposed of the phone.

Prosecutor Michelle Heeley KC said: “He followed her down onto the train platform at the Bescot Stadium station and then he attacked her. Stabbing her over and over again with a screwdriver.
“He left her bleeding to death and then casually went back to his hotel. We say you can be sure he is guilty of murder.”
He was later seen “dancing and laughing, clearly excited about what he had done” back at the hotel, it was said.
Rhiannon was found dead a short time afterwards.
Her friend had called the police after hearing screams over the phone and also contacted the hotel, who sent one of their employees to the station.
The train that Rhiannon had been due to catch then pulled in at 11.24pm as the driver saw a figure slumped on the platform.
Ms Heeley continued: “The guard tried to help Rhiannon, as did the employee who had come from the hotel. But sadly she was too seriously injured and nothing could be done to save her.
“She passed away on October 23, having never regained consciousness.”
The trial continues.
