COPS have released CCTV footage as part of an urgent appeal to find a woman who disappeared three weeks ago.
Alexandra Harrod, 47, from Seaton, Cumbria, has been missing since August 30.

Alexandra was last seen visiting shops in nearby towns Workington and Whitehaven days later.
Cops have now released CCTV footage of the 47-year-old in Costa Coffee on King Street, in Whitehaven, on September 2.
The video shows Alexandra walking into the popular coffee shop with a rucksack at around 11.20am.
Alexandra, who also goes by the name Alex, is shown wearing dark tracksuit trousers and a dark padded coat.
She is believed to have links to various parts of the UK, including Devon, Durham, Dorset, Leeds and Wiltshire.
Launching a fresh appeal, Cumbria Police confirmed concerns were growing for her welfare.
The force said: “Alexandra is described as white with short dark hair.
“She was last seen wearing dark-coloured tracksuit pants, a dark-coloured padded jacket and was carrying a dark-coloured rucksack.
“Police are concerned for her welfare.
“They are also appealing to any wider family members or friends, who have not yet been in touch, to contact them.
“Anyone with information on Alexandra’s whereabouts or has seen her should contact police on 101.”
