POLICE investigating a quadruple fatality have launched a review into their conduct.
The bodies of Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, his 12-year-old daughter Jasmin and her seven-year-old sister Downreuang were found in Costessey, Norwich on Friday.

Norfolk police had previously referred themselves to the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) over the deaths.
Now, Norfolk police have announced they are also to review their practices after it was revealed they failed to respond to a 999 call on Friday.
That call was made just before 6am from a man inside the address.
The person who made the call was Bartlomiej.
Police eventually arrived just after 7.15am after another call from a member of the public who was concerned about the welfare of the family.
Norfolk’s Chief Constable Paul Sanford said in a statement on Monday: “It’s only right that when there are questions about our response, they are properly investigated, and I fully support and welcome this scrutiny.
“I will not wait for the outcome of this investigation to review our working practices and that process has started.
“Today, I have asked the Inspectorate to consider undertaking a deeper review than the robust inspection already planned, to provide the reassurance that the public and I need in our response to emergency calls.”
Norfolk police also referred itself to the watchdog for attending the home on December 14 in connection with a missing person enquiry.
Reports say Mr Kuczynski was the person missing last month, according to MailOnline.
The woman found dead alongside her two nieces and brother-in-law at the home has now also been named by her best friend.
Kanticha Noon, 36, was on a trip from Thailand to her sister’s family home when she was discovered with stab wounds on Friday.
She and Bartlomiej are confirmed to have died from stab wounds to the neck.
The children’s mother was at work as a caretaker when the four were found, according to Kanticha’s best friend Naty Wathanakul.
Police said on Saturday they were not looking for anybody else in relation to the investigation.
Post-mortem examinations on the two girls are due to be carried out on Wednesday.
A pile of floral tributes, and two unicorn toys, had been left a short distance from the house in Costessey, near Norwich, by Monday.
The items were left as the house remained taped off by police and with a number of marked vehicles still at the scene.
One tribute read: “Jasmine, you were such a sweet, caring girl, yourself and your sister didn’t deserve to have your lives taken away.
“You would always be smiling in primary school. Fly high beautiful girls.”
Another said: “You will be missed. I’m sorry to whoever was in the family and is going through it. Sorry Jasmin.”
