A DESPERATE search for a teen girl with “distinctive tattoos” who vanished on Sunday afternoon has been launched.
South Wales Police are urging anyone who may have seen 14-year-old Megan to call 999 immediately.
Megan was last seen on Sunday, July 20, on Bosworth Road, Skewen at around 2:30pm.
She is described as approximately 5ft 2in tall and has recently changed her hair colour from blonde to black.
When she vanished she was reportedly wearing a white top and jeans.
Cops pointed out Megan’s “distinctive tattoos” urging the public to keep their eyes peeled for the missing youth.
She has a tattoo of flowers on her right leg and a tattoo of a cross on one of her thumbs.
Police and Megan’s family are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.
They have urged anyone who may have information, no matter how minor, to come forward.
South Wales Police said: “Help us find Megan, 14. Last seen yesterday, Sun Jul 20, & 2.30pm on Bosworth Road, Skewen.
“5ft2 & has black hair rather than blonde hair. Possibly wearing a white top & jeans.
“Tattoo of flowers on her right leg & tattoo of a cross on one of her thumbs. Quote 2500231824.”
