Red paint was sprayed on the clubhouse at the 800-acre resort and damage was also caused to the greens.
The words “GAZA IS NOT FOR SALE” were sprayed across the lawn, and the golf course’s holes were dug up during the alleged incident around 4.40am on Saturday, March 8.
Cops said a 33-year-old man has been charged in connection with the alleged incident.
A 75-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman previously arrested as part of the investigation have since been released pending further enquiries.
Mr Trump last night described the alleged Turnberry vandals as “terrorists”.
It followed a phone call with Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer on Sunday night.
Trump Turnberry branded the attacks “childish” at the time.
A spokesman added: “This was a childish, criminal act but the incredible team at Trump Turnberry will ensure it does not impact business.
“Turnberry is a national treasure and will continue to be the number one beacon of luxury and excellence in the world of golf.”
The 33-year-old man is expected to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court today.
Police Scotland said enquiries are ongoing.
