North Korean staff quickly rushed over to wipe down the chair Kim had sat on and the nearby table he had used.
A female lackey was seen taking away the glass he had drunk water from during the bilateral talks.
As a man used an antibacterial wipe to rid the palace in Beijing of any remnants of the Supreme Leader.
He was seen coughing into his hand before playing around with the wipe as he put it away out of sight.
Yunashev LIVE, a state media outlet in North Korea, said: “After the negotiations, the staff accompanying the head of the DPRK carefully destroyed all traces of Kim’s presence.
“They took away the glass from which he drank, wiped the upholstery of the chair and those parts of the furniture that the Korean leader touched.”
Putin and Kim held an official 90-minute bilateral meeting with their delegations before continuing with a more relaxed conversation outside of Beijing’s meeting rooms.
Both men sat down on a chair and discussed the ongoing bond between their countries.
Yunashev LIVE, who were filming at the time, said: “Putin and Kim left the office very satisfied and went to drink tea in a more relaxed atmosphere.”
The Kremlin said Putin thanked Kim for his support and told him the two countries stood together fighting “against modern Nazism”.
In response Kim told Vlad: “If there’s anything I can do for you and the people of Russia, if there is more that needs to be done, I will consider it as a fraternal duty.
“We will be prepared to do everything possible to help.”
The despots have grown increasingly close in recent years with Kim being one of the main supporters of Vlad’s illegal Ukraine invasion.
Russia and North Korea have strengthened their ties immensely in recent years.
Putin has met Kim on several occasions with the pair exchanging presents, sharing car rides together and signing key bilateral agreements.
North Korea has also been one of Russia’s greatest allies during the gruelling conflict in Ukraine.
Kim has been providing Moscow with troops to be deployed in Kursk to help Russian soldiers fend off a Ukrainian incursion in the city.
The dictator is believed to have sent around 12,000 soldiers to help fuel Vlad’s meat-grinder approach to the war.

Reports are even suggesting that up to 30,000 more fighters could be sent across in the coming months should the conflict continue.
Prior to their meeting the pair were stood alongside Xi Jinping watching over China’s massive military parade.
The lavish event saw 50,000 spectators – including 26 international leaders – watch as China celebrated the 80th anniversary of the end of World War Two.
Trucks with new laser weapons, hypersonic nuclear missiles, robot dogs and an array of high tech drones were all unveiled as Beijing sent a message to the West.
With the world watching, Xi smiled as he walked flanked by Kim and Vlad in tow.
The destroying of Kim’s DNA comes after years of reports claiming he is so paranoid about foreign officials knowing about his health that his team bring a portable toilet with them wherever Kim goes.
As part of a mammoth security operation, Kim’s team don’t allow him to use foreign bathrooms so his excretions can’t be obtained and studied by international officials.
Putin is also said to have a similar method to avoid any updates on his health leaking.
He reportedly has a personal “toilet searcher” who is responsible for collecting his “bodily waste” on any international trips.
ANALYSIS: Godfather Xi has created a new global mafia to fight the West
By Henry Holloway, Deputy Foreign Editor
STOMPING boots, massive new missiles, and rumbling tanks — China’s biggest-ever military parade was a perfectly choreographed piece of pantomime.
And while the visuals, with waving red flags and shouting soldiers, delighted the ragtag group of world leaders assembled, its main target audience was the West.
You don’t have to listen too hard to hear what Xi was saying — it was clear and simple: “I’m the boss now.”
With his two guests of honour being Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin, Xi towered over them like a mob boss being paid a handsome tribute by his favourite capos.
Smiling as both tubby tyrant Kim and diminutive despot Vlad fawned over him, Xi sits firmly on top as the Godfather of this new global mafia.
Both Russia and North Korea are now beholden to China.
Kim’s beggar kingdom has always been dependent on the grace of Beijing, and with Moscow now locked in a war it can’t win in Ukraine, it needs China more than ever.
Xi clearly has no problem hosting pariahs, also welcoming Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, along with a hodgepodge of others with axes to grind against the West.
Donald Trump’s spiky Truth Social post during the parade — reminding China what it owes to the West — clearly shows the monster display may have already rattled some in Washington, D.C.
China’s military is growing at an alarming rate — and as Xi brings together his new syndicate of allies, the West has to sit up, take notice, and take action.
It feels like it will only be a matter of time until Xi decides it is time to truly test the West.
And it could be with the breakaway island of Taiwan that he chooses to make his first move.
