CRICKET star Adam Hose has provided a health update after he was rushed to hospital following a horror injury.
The 32-year-old suffered a dislocated ankle while playing in The Hundred on Saturday.

Hose, who plays for the Trent Rockets, slipped as he tried to make a catch.
He was left on the floor in agony with fans saying it was “one of the most terrible injuries I’ve seen on a cricket field”.
Medics rushed over to him and a screen was held up while he received treatment.
After a delay of ten minutes, Hose was carried off and taken to hospital.
The star has now used social media to give an update on his injury.
He posted a snap of his ankle wrapped in a bulky cast as he watched Match of the Day.
Hose said: “Quick message to say I appreciate each and everyone of you who have reached out.
“It’s going to be a long old ride, but I couldn’t ask for more amazing people around me. Big love.”

Despite being a batter down, the Trent Rockets won in Hose’s absence against the Southern Brave by four wickets.
The Isle of Wight-born star plays county cricket for Worcestershire.
