IN a sea of circles, the round clock face is tough to spot in this busy brain teaser.

The picture below is bursting with objects, from dart boards and energy meters, to temperature dials and phone numbers.

Can you spot the clock in under five seconds?

But beyond the windows, stop watches, compasses, CD’s hides a very discreet singular clock.

It’s difficult to spot, with the colours and sizes a cause for distraction.

What are you waiting for? Start the clock and find the tok.

Only one in six people can achieve the feat.

But solving puzzles can feed the mind.

They can increase productivity levels, enhance memory, and improve problem-solving skills.

In fact, experts recommend puzzles as a way of reducing dementia risks.

Wordy activities like doing a crossword can help reduce your chance of dementia by up to nine per cent.

A team from Monash University, in Australia, said the words-based pastime, puzzles and card games help by “stimulating the growth of neurons and synapses”.

It may seem odd, but trying to do writing tasks, like crosswords, with your non-dominant hand could help too.

Neuroscientist Dr Rahul Jandial previously told the Sun it helps by “building brain connections”, which keeps you sharp.

Although this puzzle doesn’t involve words, its benefits works in a similar way.

Now, have you spotted the clock?

For those who found it, well done.

If not, the clock is tucked behind a dart board near the bottom left of the image.

And the illusion comes just in time for the clocks going forward an hour this weekend.

The clock can be found in the left-hand corner

If that’s still not hard enough for you, then have a go at spotting the “60” hidden among the sixes in this image.

You are said to have 20/20 vision if you can spot the odd number out in this illusion.

Hidden among the repeated “06” pattern there is a sneaky “60” right under your nose.

However, you may have to peel your eyes and pay close attention to spot it.

You can scan the numbers from left to right or up and down, there’s no rules.

But if you want to walk away with bragging rights, five seconds is the time to beat.
