AN EX-VICAR who is friends with the notorious “Eunuch maker” chopped off a man’s genitals with a pair of nail scissors and has now been jailed.

But he was still ordained when he used the scissors to perform a genitals split procedure on a 68-year-old man in 2020 – and a video of this was discovered on his phone.
The retired vicar also tried to claim his drug habit helped him relate to his parishioners after a stash of crystal meth and ketamine was found at his cottage.
He admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent and seven other charges, including possessing extreme pornography and making and distributing images of children on or before 14 December 2022.
He has now been locked up for three years.
Some of the material was on the Eunuch Maker website – run by Baulcomb’s friend Marius Gustavson, the jailed Norwegian ringleader of an extreme body modification cult operating in the UK.
The ex vicar is said to have exchanged more than 10,000 messages with ringleader.
A teenager – who had been tied up and electrocuted by Gustavson when he was 16 – told Baulcomb he wanted to be castrated because he was scared of the Norwegian.
Gustavson ran the Eunuch Maker website which made nearly £300,000 from 22,841 subscribers around the world, and was jailed for life last year.
His number was stored under the name “Marius Burdizzo” in Baulcomb’s phone, a reference to the brand name of the castration device used by him.
Baulcomb also had a Burdizzo clamp, intended for use on cattle and sheep, which he used on the 68-year-old man.
He referred to his home in Eastbourne as the “Filching Road Clinic for Sexual and Social Deviants”.
Prosecutor Caroline Carberry, KC, said: “He was a subscriber to Gustavson’s ‘Eunuchmaker’ website which broadcast free and paid for footage of extreme mutilation videos.
“The investigation has revealed that the pair were in regular contact via text and WhatsApp between 2015 and 2022.
“The messages include the sharing of images of their genitalia, and demonstrated a joint interest in chemsex in particular taking crystal meth.”
He said Gustavson was a fantasist and some of the things he told him were unbelievable.
Ms Carberry KC said the victim had attended Baulcomb’s address in Eastbourne in September 2019 when a Burdizzo clamp was placed on his testicles.
A video of the clamping was taken which showed Baulcomb naked.

THE cannibalistic ringleader of a “Eunuch maker” gang who chopped off victims’ genitals to stream on a body modification site has been jailed.
Marius Gustavson, 46, ate cooked testicles for lunch in an “artfully arranged salad platter”.
he Norwegian national also masterminded a “lucrative” website where 22,841 users paid to watch men having their privates removed so they could become “nullos”.
Gustavson made almost £300,000 through the extreme site, with some punters forking out £100-a-year subscriptions.
In one shocking video, the Eunuch maker – who had his own penis cut off, the tip of his nipple removed and his leg frozen so that it had to be amputated – is seen “tasting” a man’s severed genitals.
Body parts were also kept in a freezer at his North London home and his own manhood was discovered in a drawer four years after he sliced it off.
Gustavson has now been jailed for life with a minimum of 22 years after admitting conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and five counts of grievous bodily harm with intent.
He also pleaded guilty to one count of making an indecent photograph of a child, one count of distributing an indecent photograph of a child and possession of criminal property.
Gustavson was described as an “arch manipulator” who recruited like-minded individuals to assist him with his gruesome work.
This included ten men who have been charged over their involvement in the procedures.
David Carruthers, 61, Janus Atkin, 37, Peter Wates, 67 and Ion Ciucur, 30, previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm between 2016 and 2022.
While Ashley Williams, 32, and Stefan Scharf, 61, also pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The Old Bailey heard some of the severed body parts were sold, while others may have been eaten by Gustavson.
Prosecutor Caroline Carberry KC said there was evidence of “cannibalism” – with one video showing how he cooked testicles for lunch.
She added: “The images, from raw ingredients to an artfully arranged salad platter, were discovered by officers.”
Gustavson carried out the procedures at his home in London, as well as in rented apartments or hotels.
As well as the money he made from the site, he also scrounged £18,500 in disability benefits after amputating his leg.
The group used a “wide variety of tools” for their procedures – including those used for “animal castration”.
The 13 victims – including a 16-year-old boy – were promised money from the video revenue.
Although many of the men consented to the surgery, some were “tricked” or under the influence of drugs at the time.
Police had raided Baulcomb’s £25,000 cottage near Eastbourne in December 2022 and found a stash of heroin along with the tranquilliser ketamine.
Baulcomb accepted a police caution for possessing the substances and told church officials he had been buying and using drugs, including heroin, “periodically” for 20 years.
The CofE’s disciplinary tribunal had “utterly rejected” his claim that taking drugs “assisted him in carrying out his pastoral mission”.
Baulcomb was handed a permanent ban from any position in the CofE last September.
He admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent, four counts of making indecent images of children, three counts of possessing extreme pornographic images and one count of distributing an indecent photo of a child.
One of the offences related eight images of a person performing an act of intercourse with a live or dead unknown animal.
The charges date between March 2020 and December 2022.
Sentencing him, Judge Mark Lucraft, KC, the Recorder of London, said: “You undertook the procedure in conditions far from sterile and did so without any medical skills or training.
“The procedure and the resulting injury is one that is serious, it is a permanent, long lasting procedure that will have serious effects on the victim.
“It is an aggravating feature that the procedure is filmed. Bearing in mind the obvious sexual nature of this offence it is something that adds seriousness.”
Judge Lucraft said he had reduced the sentence because of the victim’s consent to the procedure, Baulcomb’s health, age and character and his guilty plea.
Baulcomb had sent a video of Gustavson harming a 16-year-old boy to one of Gustavson’s “right hand men” David Carruthers, 68, a former surgical assistant who kept his own testicles in his chest freezer.
The video was entitled “Burdidzo on a hot twink” on the Eunuch Maker website. The vicar described the 16-year-old as “hot”.
Baulcomb had 31 indecent images of the boy as a child as well as other sexual images of children both male and female.
The vicar had 182 extreme pornographic images showing serious injury to a person’s private parts, five images portraying an act threatening a person’s life and eight images portraying a person performing a sex act on an animal.
